Happy New Year!
I've had such an awesome time off from school and work. I have to saying my demotion has been good for my soul. But ever since January 1st I've had this sense of fear overcome my good spirit. Last night I laid in bed wide awake. While I was in school I used to have these middle of the night panic attacks, but since I've been on vacation I've been sleeping fine. Until last night...
I feel like I want to crawl out of my skin. I feel like I want to cry.
